Designed and manufactured entirely in-house, the FG Series combines more than three decades of engineering expertise with advanced manufacturing technologies. Every major structural component is optimized using finite element analysis (FEA) for exceptional rigidity, long-term accuracy and outstanding machining performance.

High-performance machine tools begin with superior structural design. Every FG Series machine is developed with a comprehensive understanding of machine dynamics, structural rigidity, thermal stability and manufacturing efficiency. This integrated philosophy ensures optimum cutting performance, superior surface finish and long-term machining accuracy throughout the machine's service life.

The precision hand-scraped, one-piece box guideway minimizes vibration while maintaining stable accuracy under heavy cutting loads.
Premium Class C3 ballscrews are installed on all three linear axes and pre-tensioned for consistent machining precision.
The base, table, saddle, beam and columns use high-grade Meehanite cast iron for vibration damping, rigidity, wear resistance and long-term dimensional stability.
Critical members are reinforced with high-strength steel plates and stress-relieved after welding to maximize structural integrity and machining performance.
