Rigid Machine Foundation

Meehanite-licensed, stress-relieved cast structures and roller-type linear guideways create a stable, high-load platform for large-part horizontal boring and milling.

The T-Type platform offers 110 mm, 130 mm and 150 mm spindle-quill diameters, ISO 50 tooling, two-speed gearbox strategies and high-load rotary tables.

High-Torque ISO 50 Spindle

Rotary Accuracy Reference

Positioning accuracy: 15 arcsec; repeatability: 4 arcsec; encoder accuracy: ±5 arcsec.

Single-Setup Process Capability

Arm-type automatic tool changers, optional accessory heads and servo facing-head configurations expand the process range while minimising workpiece transfers and re-clamping.

Tool Management

ATC capacity ranges from 40 / 60 tools on HBM-3T to 60 / 120 tools across larger configurations.

Precision Facing Head

The optional CNC precision facing head provides 200 mm radial traverse, a 1,250 mm maximum working diameter and Ra 1.6 μm surface-roughness reference.

UT5 Servo Facing Head

The HBM-5T platform supports UT5-500 / UT5-630 servo facing heads for one-clamping milling, tapping, drilling and facing operations. Its U-axis radial slide enables outer and inner facing, cylindrical and conical boring, threading and radius machining.
